Our Vision
Healthcare disparities affect nearly every patient population segment in our country. We will address these disparities by employing intentional care plans that emphasize positive outcomes over incomes. This will include holistic patient care as opposed to treating individual symptoms and diagnoses.

Why Cultured Healthcare?
Healthcare disparities, as defined by the CDC, are "...preventable differences in the burden of disease, injury, violence, or opportunities to achieve optimal health that are experienced by socially disadvantaged populations." They predominately occur among many sub-categories of the population, including but not limited to age, socioeconomic status, language, geography, race, and ethnicity; this inequitable distribution of disparities among patient populations can be traced to the "unequal distribution of social, political, economic and environmental resources."
Cultured Healthcare will address these social factors that cause the disparate outcomes to persist by providing educational services, community outreach, dietary counseling, addressing provider biases and social determinants, and redistributing resources to the most vulnerable populations. Studies show that when provided the same opportunities for access to proficient healthcare resources, outcomes are better for the patient populations as a whole. This leads to a healthier country and higher overall happiness.
